We start by aligning on priorities, then move on a predictable weekly rhythm — design, review, deliver. Each cycle ends with production-ready work (handoff, specs, or live publish with QA). It’s fast enough to keep momentum, steady enough to stay in control.

How fast is the kickoff?
Usually within 48 hours once access and payment are set — depending on seat availability. You’ll get a short onboarding checklist so we can plug in smoothly and start shipping right away.

What’s included (and what’s not)?
Included: embedded collaboration, predictable cadence, weekly reviews, production-ready handoff, Figma files with components, tokens, and documentation.
Not included: full engineering build or backend, 24/7 or weekend rush work, on-prem security audits, legal/compliance copy.

Do unused hours roll over?
No. Each month is a clean slate. We re-scope inside the month to make sure every week delivers something tangible — not time left on the table.

IP ownership & confidentiality
You own 100 % of the work upon full payment. We operate under NDA by default and follow least-privilege access: only the people directly involved can access your files.

How do you handle VAT on invoices?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT application depends on your location and tax status: EU businesses (valid VAT ID): reverse charge (no VAT on our invoice). EU consumers: Cyprus VAT 19% is added. Non-EU clients: we don’t charge EU VAT; local taxes may apply on your side. If you’re unsure, share your VAT details during onboarding and we’ll apply the correct treatment.
